Ingredients:

  • 400g Digestives/ginger nuts (smashed)
  • 150g Marg
  • 90g Golden Syrup
  • 50g chopped Raisins
  • 50g Glacé Cherries
  • 50g Glacé Ginger
  • 100g dark Chocolate Chips
  • 400g dark Chocolate
  • Optional: 50g Peacans
  1. Melt the Marg and Syrup.
  2. Mix the biscuits, fruit and pecans in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the marg/syrup into the biscuit mixture, and add the Chocolate Chips. Mix thoroughly, then press evenly onto a baking tray.
  4. Melt the Chocolate and pour over the top.
  5. Leave to set for 2 hours.
  6. Eat 5 pieces in 5 minutes.
  7. Bounce off the walls.
