Scrambled tofu

Ingredients:

  • 1 block plain Tofu
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Black pepper
  • Optional:
    • Chilli sauce
    • Garlic
    • Onion
  1. Mash Tofu with a fork, fry in a wok (with Onion and Garlic if using these ingredients) with Oil over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat, add flavourings.
  3. Serve on top of a large piece of crusty brown bread/toast (with or without margarine)… so much tastier than scrambled egg.
