Ingredients: 2 cups plain soya yoghurt, 2 finely diced cucumbers, 2 minces garlic cloves, 3 tbsp lemon juice, salt & pepper, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4 tsp paprika.

Mix all ingredients together.  Chill for 1 hour before serving.
