Leek & potato soup


  • 300g Leeks
  • 300g Potatoes
  • 750ml Stock (e.g. Marigold Vegetable Bouillon)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Chop up Leeks & Potatoes. Put in large saucepan.
  2. Add Stock. Boil until veggies are soft.
  3. Season with Salt & Pepper.
  4. Eat it as it is or shove in a blender.
